Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Narmadeshwar Store, each product offered (including but not limited to Rudraksha, Narmadeshwar Shivling, Yantras, and other spiritual articles) is subject to personalized Vedic consecration (abhimantran/energization) before being dispatched. Due to the sacred, customized, and irreversible nature of this process, all sales shall be considered final and binding.

1. Order Cancellation

• An order may only be cancelled prior to the initiation of the consecration/energization ritual or shipping process.
• Once the consecration or dispatch process has commenced, no cancellations shall be permitted.
• All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email at contact@narmadeshwarstore.in or by phone at +91 70556 63752 within 12 hours of placing the order.

2. Refund Policy

• Refunds shall only be applicable in the following circumstances:
  a) Duplicate payment made by the customer.
  b) Non-availability of the ordered product.
• No refunds shall be issued once a product has been consecrated and dispatched.
• Approved refunds shall be processed to the original source of payment within 7–10 business days.

3. Damaged / Incorrect Products

• In case of a product being damaged in transit or an incorrect item being delivered, the customer must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by valid photo/video evidence.
• Upon verification, Narmadeshwar Store will provide a replacement product at no additional cost to the customer.
• If replacement is not possible due to non-availability of stock, a full refund shall be issued.
• The decision of Narmadeshwar Store shall be considered final and binding in such cases.

4. General Conditions

• By placing an order with Narmadeshwar Store, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
• Narmadeshwar Store reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this policy at any time without prior notice, and such changes shall be effective immediately upon posting on the website.

Narmadeshwar Store में उपलब्ध प्रत्येक उत्पाद (जैसे रुद्राक्ष, नर्मदेश्वर शिवलिंग, यंत्र, रत्न एवं अन्य आध्यात्मिक उत्पाद) को ग्राहक के नाम से वैदिक मंत्रों द्वारा अभिमंत्रित एवं ऊर्जावान (consecrated/energized) किया जाता है। यह प्रक्रिया व्यक्तिगत, पवित्र और अपरिवर्तनीय है। इसी कारण सभी बिक्री को अंतिम एवं बाध्यकारी माना जाएगा।

1. ऑर्डर रद्दीकरण

• कोई भी ऑर्डर केवल उसी स्थिति में रद्द किया जा सकता है जब तक कि उसका अभिमंत्रण (energization) अथवा शिपिंग प्रक्रिया प्रारम्भ न हुई हो।
• एक बार अभिमंत्रण अथवा डिस्पैच प्रक्रिया शुरू हो जाने के बाद किसी भी प्रकार का रद्दीकरण स्वीकार्य नहीं होगा।
• रद्दीकरण हेतु ग्राहक को ऑर्डर करने के 12 घंटे के भीतर ईमेल (contact@narmadeshwarstore.in) अथवा फोन (+91 70556 63752) पर सूचना देना अनिवार्य है।

2. धनवापसी नीति

धनवापसी केवल निम्नलिखित परिस्थितियों में दी जाएगी:
a) यदि ग्राहक द्वारा डुप्लीकेट भुगतान किया गया हो।
b) यदि ऑर्डर किया गया उत्पाद उपलब्ध न हो।

• एक बार उत्पाद अभिमंत्रित होकर भेज दिया गया, तो धनवापसी मान्य नहीं होगी।
• स्वीकृत धनवापसी राशि ग्राहक के मूल भुगतान स्रोत में 7-10 कार्य दिवसों के भीतर भेज दी जाएगी।

3. क्षतिग्रस्त / गलत उत्पाद

• यदि डिलीवरी के समय उत्पाद क्षतिग्रस्त हो या गलत आइटम प्राप्त हो, तो ग्राहक को 48 घंटे के भीतर हमें सूचित करना होगा और साथ में फोटो/वीडियो प्रमाण देना होगा।
• सत्यापन के पश्चात Narmadeshwar Store ग्राहक को उसी उत्पाद का नया प्रतिस्थापन (replacement) नि:शुल्क उपलब्ध कराएगा।
• यदि प्रतिस्थापन संभव न हो (उत्पाद अनुपलब्ध होने की स्थिति में), तो ग्राहक को पूर्ण धनवापसी की जाएगी।
• ऐसे मामलों में Narmadeshwar Store का निर्णय अंतिम एवं बाध्यकारी होगा।

4. सामान्य शर्तें

• ऑर्डर करने के साथ ही ग्राहक इस रद्दीकरण एवं धनवापसी नीति से सहमत माना जाएगा।
• Narmadeshwar Store किसी भी समय इस नीति में संशोधन अथवा परिवर्तन करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखता है। परिवर्तन तत्काल प्रभाव से वेबसाइट पर प्रकाशित किए जाने के बाद लागू माने जाएंगे।
