• Each product is energized and consecrated (abhimantrit) as per Vedic rituals and customized to the name and details provided by the customer.
• We are not a jewelry or fashion store. Unlike other commercial brands, our focus is only on pure, authentic, and spiritually energized products.

3. Eligibility

• By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or are accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
• You agree that the information you provide (including name, date of birth, etc. for energization purposes) is accurate and complete.

4. Order and Payment Terms

• All orders placed on our website are considered final once the energization (abhimantrit process) has begun.
• Payments must be made through approved payment methods available on the website.
• In case of duplicate payment or unavailability of the product, refunds will be issued as per our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• We deliver across India using trusted courier partners.
• Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, but generally range between 5–10 working days after energization and dispatch.

6. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

• Returns are not accepted once the product has been energized and dispatched.
• Replacement will only be provided if the product is damaged in transit or an incorrect item has been delivered, subject to verification.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

7. Use of Website

• You agree not to misuse this website for fraudulent, unlawful, or unauthorized activities.

• प्रत्येक उत्पाद को ग्राहक के नाम और जन्म विवरण के अनुसार वैदिक विधि द्वारा अभिमंत्रित एवं ऊर्जावान बनाया जाता है।
• हम कोई ज्वेलरी या फैशन स्टोर नहीं हैं। अन्य व्यावसायिक ब्रांड्स से अलग, हमारा उद्देश्य केवल शुद्ध, प्रामाणिक और वैदिक परंपरा से अभिमंत्रित उत्पाद प्रदान करना है।

3. पात्रता

• भुगतान केवल उन्हीं माध्यमों से स्वीकार किए जाएंगे जो वेबसाइट पर उपलब्ध हैं।
• किसी भी डुप्लीकेट भुगतान या उत्पाद की अनुपलब्धता की स्थिति में, कैंसलेशन एवं रिफंड नीति के अनुसार रिफंड किया जाएगा।

5. शिपिंग और डिलीवरी

• हम पूरे भारत में भरोसेमंद कूरियर पार्टनर्स के माध्यम से डिलीवरी करते हैं।
• डिलीवरी समय स्थान के अनुसार अलग-अलग हो सकता है, सामान्यतः 5–10 कार्य दिवसों में उत्पाद पहुँच जाता है (अभिमंत्रण एवं डिस्पैच के बाद)।

6. रिटर्न, रिप्लेसमेंट और रिफंड

• एक बार उत्पाद अभिमंत्रित एवं भेज दिए जाने के बाद रिटर्न स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा।
• यदि उत्पाद ट्रांज़िट में क्षतिग्रस्त हो या गलत वस्तु भेजी गई हो, तो जाँच के बाद रिप्लेसमेंट उपलब्ध कराया जाएगा।
• रिफंड, यदि लागू हो, हमारी कैंसलेशन एवं रिफंड नीति के अनुसार किया जाएगा।
