1. General Information
- All orders placed on Narmadeshwar Store are processed exclusively through our official website.
- Every product is individually energized and sanctified (Abhimantrit) with Vedic rituals as per the customer’s name and date of birth. Hence, additional processing time is required before dispatch.
2. Processing & Delivery Time
- Processing Time: 1–4 business days are required for the energizing and ritual process before shipping.
- Delivery Time: Once dispatched, orders are generally delivered within 5–10 business days, depending on the delivery location.
- Total Time = Processing Time + Delivery Time.
3. Shipping Partners
- We use trusted and reliable courier/logistics partners (such as DTDC, Blue Dart, Delhivery, etc.) to ensure safe and timely delivery of your order.
- Tracking details (if available) will be shared with the customer via email or SMS after dispatch.
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if applicable) depend on the order value and delivery location.
- The exact shipping cost will be displayed at the checkout page before payment.
5. Delivery Areas
- Currently, we provide shipping only within India.
- International shipping may be added in the future and will be updated on our website.
6. Delays and Force Majeure
- Delivery timelines may be affected due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government regulations, courier delays, or other unavoidable events.
- In such cases, customers will be informed, and we will make every effort to resolve the issue promptly.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Products
- If a customer receives a damaged or incorrect product, they must notify us within 48 hours of delivery via email or WhatsApp.
- After verification, a replacement will be arranged at no extra cost to the customer.
8. No Returns
- Since every product is custom-energized and sanctified (Abhimantrit) as per the customer’s details, we do not accept returns.
- Only damaged or incorrect products are eligible for replacement.
